"It's basically a simple thing," states the sub-brew master of Pardubice brewery Karel Nevřala while explaining the principle of this season’s innovation, called Fresh beer from the lager cellar." We brew 10 degree beer in the traditional way, but unlike that one which we call Classic, this one ultimately does not go through the processes of filtration and pasteurization. Because it is spared other movements and treatments, but also alternation of light and darkness, it is able to retain its fullness, freshness, flavor and zest, in other words drinkability to a much greater extent." For the first time, Fresh beer from the lager cellar was tapped at the Tři sestry concert, which took place in the area of the Pardubice brewery in late May. And it immediately intrigued. For hot summer days there is an absolutely perfect, very popular Kvašňák manufactured in Pardubice on the same principle, it just contains more alcohol."
